Minecraft VPS hosting
Run Minecraft on a VPS when a single managed server is not enough: a network behind a Velocity proxy, a heavy modpack with all the RAM to itself, or several servers on one machine. AMD Ryzen 9, NVMe storage and DDoS protection included.
VPS plans from € 18,00/mo, deployed in two minutes
Why host Minecraft on a VPS?
A managed Minecraft server from our game panel is the quickest way to play with friends: pick a version, install plugins or a modpack from the panel and you are online. A VPS is for the people who outgrow that. A network with a lobby and several game servers behind a Velocity or BungeeCord proxy, a modpack that wants a tuned Java and all the memory to itself, a web map or a website next to the server, or a Bedrock and a Java server on one bill.
On a VPS you install Java and the server software yourself and own the whole machine. More work at the start, no limits afterwards. The hardware is the same gaming grade AMD Ryzen 9 you get with our managed servers, and so is the DDoS protection.
What you get with a Minecraft VPS
Ryzen 9 game cores
A Minecraft server runs its world tick on one thread, so the TPS depends on single core speed. Our VPS nodes use AMD Ryzen 9 7900 processors with boost clocks above 5 GHz.DDoS protection
VibeSHIELD filters attacks at the edge in every location, including the floods aimed at Minecraft servers and proxies. Nothing to configure.Windows or Linux
Ubuntu or Debian for a lean server that you manage over SSH, or Windows Server if you prefer a desktop. Reinstall from the dashboard at any time.Room for a network
Run a proxy, a lobby, survival, creative and a minigame server side by side, with a MariaDB database and a web map, on one machine with one IP address.12 locations
Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Istanbul, New York, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, São Paulo, Johannesburg, Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney.Snapshots and backups
Take a snapshot before a version jump or a modpack update and roll back in a click if the world does not load.
Which VPS plan for Minecraft?
Minecraft is bound by memory and single core speed, and the player count matters less than what the server runs. As a rule of thumb:
A survival server for friends with a handful of plugins. Give Java 2 to 3 GB and keep the rest for the operating system.
A public server with a plugin set, a larger world and a few extra services such as a web map or a database.
A big modpack that wants 8 GB or more for itself, or a proxy with several backend servers. Step up to a VDS for CPU cores reserved to you alone.

VPS or managed Minecraft server?
Both run on the same hardware and behind the same protection, so this is a question of control versus convenience.
Managed Minecraft server
One click version switches, plugins and modpacks from the panel, backups, a console and a file manager. No server administration. Best for most groups and communities.Minecraft on a VPS
Full operating system access, any Java version or server fork, a proxy with several servers, a database and a web map on the same machine. You administer it. Best for networks and advanced owners.
Low ping in 12 cities
Your VPS runs in the city you choose, and the latency checker below shows your own ping to each one. Pick the location closest to your players, not to you.
