Terms and services


1. Ordering

  • 1. Customers are not obligated to make a payment immediately after placing an order.
  • 2. Customers are free to cancel their subscription or stop payments at any time without commitment.
  • 3. Orders will be delivered within the estimated time frame indicated on our website, unless delays occur due to stock shortages or technical issues.
  • 4. If a server is out of stock, it will be delivered within 8 days. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
  • 5. Custom orders are non-refundable due to setup costs.
  • 6. VibeGAMES will make every effort to maintain sufficient stock at all times.

2. Game server

  • 1. If the consumer does not renew the server, VibeGAMES is authorized to shut down the server after it has been expired.
  • 2. If the consumer does not renew the server, VibeGAMES is authorized to remove all data of this server, 3 days after the server is expired.
  • 3. Support with regard to plugins/resources and code is not guaranteed.
  • 4. VibeGAMES is not responsible in case of data loss. The customer is responsible for making backups.
  • 5. Backups are stored for a maximum duration of 2 months. After that we automatically delete a backup created via our game panel.

3. VPS

  • 1. The customer is not allowed host or run any websites/programs that are prohibited under law. Such as performing DDoS attacks, hosting child porn content and hosting copyrighted content.
  • 2. The customer is not allowed to send spam from his VibeGAMES servers.
  • 3. VibeGAMES is not responsible in case of data loss. The customer is responsible for making backups.
  • 4. VibeGAMES will not provide support for third-party apps but sometimes we can put you in the right direction.
  • 5. VibeGAMES is allowed to suspend the server if there is any kind of illegal acitvity on the server.
  • 6. It's not allowed to mine crypto on a VPS.
  • 7. With a virtual server you share CPU performance with other customers, therefore it's not allowed to use the CPU heavility for extended periods of time (Fair use).
  • 8. It's not allowed to use your VPS as a proxy or tunnel traffic to a server outside our network.

4. Dedicated servers

  • 1. The customer is not allowed to host illegal programs, content or websites.
  • 2. The customer is not allowed to send spam from his VibeGAMES servers.
  • 3. VibeGAMES is not responsible in case of data loss. The customer is responsible for making backups.
  • 4. VibeGAMES will not provide support for third-party apps but sometimes we can put you in the right direction.
  • 5. VibeGAMES is allowed to suspend the server if there is any kind of illegal acitvity on the server.
  • 8. It's not allowed to use your Dedicated server as a proxy or tunnel traffic to a server outside our network.

5. Support

  • 1. The customer can open a ticket in our Discord server or send us an email to [email protected], if he has any questions regarding his service.
  • 2. The official (non-SLA) response time of VibeGAMES is 24 hours. But in practice this can of course be a lot faster.
  • 3. VibeGAMES only offers support on the services provided by VibeGAMES.
  • 4. VibeGAMES does not provide support for third-party software.

6. Refunds

  • 1. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that VibeGAMES does not accept refund requests unless explicitly covered by our refund policy.
  • 2. If a service outage occurs due to a technical issue on VibeGAMES' side and lasts up to six (6) hours, VibeGAMES will credit the customer's account with the prorated value of seven (7) days of their monthly service fee. If the outage exceeds six (6) hours, the customer will receive a prorated credit equivalent to fourteen (14) days of their monthly service fee. If the customer experiences three (3) separate service outages lasting at least sixty (60) minutes each within any sixty (60) day period, they have the right to terminate the affected service without penalty within thirty (30) days following the third outage.
  • 3. If a service remains down for more than seventy-two (72) consecutive hours, the customer is entitled to request a full refund for the current billing period.
  • 4. Downtime caused by factors outside of VibeGAMES' control, such as customer misconfiguration, does not qualify for compensation or refunds.
  • 5. The customer must report technical issues to VibeGAMES via the #create-support-ticket channel in our Discord server and allow reasonable time for resolution.
  • 6. Refunds will not be granted if the reason provided is: "I don't know how it works." The customer is solely responsible for installing and configuring any software or plugins on their server.
  • 7. Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days.
  • 8. Certain countries grant customers a statutory right to cancel their purchase without reason (Right of Withdrawal or "herroepingsrecht"). By placing an order with VibeGAMES, the customer explicitly waives this right.
  • 9. Customers may not request refunds by initiating claims through third-party payment services such as PayPal or credit card chargebacks. Refunds must always be requested through VibeGAMES support.
  • 10. If a customer opens a PayPal claim or disputes a charge with their credit card provider, VibeGAMES reserves the right to immediately suspend and delete their services without prior notice.
  • 11. No Chargebacks for Dissatisfaction or Misuse: Customers agree that dissatisfaction with the service (e.g., "the product was not good" or "it did not meet expectations") does not justify a chargeback or dispute. All refund requests must be handled through VibeGAMES support as outlined in our refund policy. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate service termination, and VibeGAMES reserves the right to dispute such claims with evidence of service delivery.

7. Other obligations of VibeGAMES

  • 1. VibeGAMES is not responsible for the content that the customer is hosting.
  • 2. VibeGAMES will remove illegal content or other illegal applications/scripts that are not permitted by law.
  • 3. VibeGAMES is not responsible for data-loss in any case.

8. Force of the majority

  • 1. None of the parties is obliged to fulfill any obligation if it is prevented from doing so due to force majeure. Force majeure means in any case: war (danger), riots, strikes, war, fire, water damage, flooding, atmospheric conditions, prolonged power outages, adjustments or maintenance to the telecommunications network and / or electricity network of others, cable breaks, attacks on a network / server including DDoS and DoS, disruptions in the networks important for VibeGAMES, disruptions in communicative connections including telecommunication connections or prevention or refusal / prolonged absence of compliance by suppliers on whom VibeGAMES depends on the performance of its work is.

9. Credits & Donations

  • 1. VibeGAMES provides a donation panel in which the players of your server can donate money.
  • 2. For a 1 euro donation you will receive 110 credits (€ 1,10).
  • 3. It's not allowed to donate credits to yourself.
  • 4. Credits can only be used on the VibeGAMES website to renew your server, upgrade your server or to buy a new server.
  • 5. Credits cannot be refunded.

10. Changes in the terms and services

  • 1. VibeGAMES is allowed to change the terms and services at any time.
  • 2. VibeGAMES has to announce every change in the #announcements channel in it's Discord server.
