Palworld Server Admin Commands

Palworld dedicated servers come with a set of admin commands for managing players, broadcasting messages and controlling the server. You run them from the in-game chat while connected as an admin.
To use admin commands you must first be logged in as an admin. Follow how to become an admin on your Palworld server if you have not set that up yet.
Run a Command
- Join your server, press Enter to open the chat and log in with
/AdminPassword YourPasswordHere. - Type any command from the table below, starting with
/, and press Enter. - Start with
/ShowPlayers: it lists every connected player with their name, Player UID and Steam ID. You need those IDs for the kick, ban and teleport commands.
Command List
| Command | Description |
|---|---|
/AdminPassword <password> | Log in as admin for this session. Required before any other command. |
/ShowPlayers | List all connected players with their name, Player UID and Steam ID. |
/Broadcast <message> | Send a message to every player on the server. Spaces can cut the message short on some versions; use underscores like Restart_in_5_minutes to be safe. |
/KickPlayer <PlayerUID or SteamID> | Disconnect a player from the server. |
/BanPlayer <PlayerUID or SteamID> | Ban a player from the server. |
/UnBanPlayer <PlayerUID or SteamID> | Lift a ban so the player can join again. |
/TeleportToPlayer <PlayerUID or SteamID> | Teleport yourself to that player. In game only. |
/TeleportToMe <PlayerUID or SteamID> | Teleport that player to you. In game only. |
/Info | Show the server version and name. |
/Save | Force-save the world immediately. |
/Shutdown <seconds> <message> | Announce the message, then shut the server down after the delay. Example: /Shutdown 60 Server_restarting! |
/DoExit | Stop the server immediately, without warning or countdown. |
Bans and the Ban List
- Bans are stored in the file
Pal/Saved/SaveGames/banlist.txton your server, one player per line. - The normal way to unban someone is
/UnBanPlayerwith their ID. - You can also inspect or edit
banlist.txtyourself with the file manager: remove the line with the player's ID and restart the server.
Good to Know
- The panel console cannot run these commands. The Palworld server has no interactive console, so typing commands on the Console page of the game panel has no effect. Use the in-game chat as an admin.
- Prefer the panel for server control. Stopping, restarting and scheduled restarts are easiest from the panel itself: see the Console page buttons and the Schedules page, covered in our Palworld restart guide.
- Remote tools. For external management tools, Palworld offers RCON and a REST API. The RCON port and enable switch are on your server's Startup page, and the REST API can be enabled under Game Settings in the Advanced section. Only enable these if a tool you use asks for them.
Finished
That is every admin command Palworld currently offers. Set up admin access if you have not yet, and tune your world with how to change the difficulty of your Palworld server.
