How to Become an Admin on Your Palworld Server

Admins can use special commands on a Palworld server: kicking or banning players, broadcasting messages, saving the world and more. Becoming an admin takes two minutes: set an admin password in the panel, then log in with it in game.

1Set an Admin Password

• Log in to your game panel and click your Palworld server.
• Click Game Settings in the left menu under GAME SERVER.
• In the General section, find the Admin Password field and enter a strong password. Use the eye icon to double-check what you typed.
• The value saves automatically, and an amber banner appears: Settings saved. Restart the server to apply your changes.

• Go to the Console page and press Restart to apply the new password.

2Log In as Admin In Game

• Start Palworld and join your server as usual.
• Press Enter to open the chat window.
• Type /AdminPassword YourPasswordHere (replace it with the password you set) and press Enter.
• You are now an admin for this session. You need to run the command again each time you reconnect to the server.

3Use Admin Commands

• With admin rights active you can run commands like /ShowPlayers, /KickPlayer, /BanPlayer and /Broadcast straight from the in-game chat.

Good to Know

• Admin Password is not Server Password. The Server Password field (also under General in Game Settings) is what players type to join a private server. Keep the two different, or everyone who can join can also become admin.
• Share it sparingly. Anyone with the admin password has full command access. Change it in the panel and restart whenever you want to revoke access.
