How to Cancel Your Automatic Payments

At VibeGAMES there are no commitments: automatic payments are optional, and you can switch them off whenever you want. Auto-renew can charge your PayPal account, a saved debit or credit card, or your account credit, and turning it off works the same for all three.

1Log in to Your Dashboard

• Go to the VibeGAMES dashboard and log in with your account credentials.

2Open Your Server

• Click the server you want to stop automatic payments for, then open the Billing tab.

3Turn Off Auto-Renew

• Under Auto-renew, open the payment method dropdown and select Do not auto-renew.

Finished

Automatic charging is now off. Your server keeps running until its next due date, and you can renew it manually from the same Billing tab whenever you like.

Still seeing PayPal charges?

If your service still has a legacy PayPal subscription from our old panel, the Billing tab shows a Legacy PayPal subscription card. Press Cancel subscription there to stop those PayPal charges as well.
