How to Join Your Palworld Server

Your Palworld server is running, and now you and your friends need to get into it. The fastest and most reliable way is to connect straight to the server address instead of hunting for it in the in-game server list. Here is where to find that address and how everyone joins.

1Find Your Server Address

• Log in to your game panel and click your Palworld server.
• On the Console page, look at the SERVER panel on the left. ADDRESS shows your full address, for example 185.29.166.231:18003.
• Click the address to copy it. This is the one piece of information every player needs.

• Make sure the status next to your server name reads RUNNING. If it does not, press Start and wait for the console to finish loading.

2Join from Steam

• Start Palworld and choose Join Multiplayer Game.
• At the bottom of the server list there is a field for a server address. Paste the full ip:port you copied, including the port.
• Press Connect.
• If you set a Server Password in Game Settings, Palworld asks for it here.

3Join from Xbox, PlayStation or Game Pass

• Console players cannot type an address. They have to find the server in the Community Servers list.
• Open Join Multiplayer Game and switch to the community list, then search for your Server Name.

4Give Your Server a Name People Can Find

• In the panel, open Game Settings and find Server Name in the General section.
• Pick something specific. A default or generic name is almost impossible to find in a list of thousands.
• Restart the server to apply the new name.

Good to Know

• The port matters. Palworld servers do not all run on the default 8211. Use exactly the port the panel shows, not a port from an older guide you read somewhere.
• The community list is a bonus, not the way in. It only ever shows a slice of all servers and it updates slowly, so a perfectly healthy server often does not appear. Direct connect always works. If your server is missing from the list, see why your Palworld server is not in the server list.
• Everyone needs the same game version. If your friends updated Palworld and your server has not restarted since the patch, joining fails with a version error.
