How to Start Your Game Server

Starting your game server takes one click. Here is where to find it and what the other power buttons do.

1Open Your Server

• Log in to your game panel.
• Click the name of your server. You land on the Console page.

2Press Start

• In the button row at the top of the Console page, press Start.
• The console below fills with your server's startup log, and the status changes from offline to running.

The Other Power Buttons

• Restart: stops and starts the server in one go. Use this after changing configs or resources.
• Stop: shuts the server down gracefully.
• Kill: while the server is stopping, the Stop button becomes Kill. This force-stops the process immediately after a confirmation. Only use it when a normal stop hangs, since force-stopping can corrupt data.

Finished

Your server is starting. Watch the Console for the startup log; when it settles down, your server is ready to join. Not coming online? Send us a ticket and we will take a look.
