Payment & Renew
At VibeGAMES you know where you stand. No contracts and you pay in front. It's not possible to order or upgrade a server and pay later.
You can renew your server via the Dashboard. We will send you a reminder 1 week before your server expires. If your server is expired we will first suspended your server. This means that we will shutdown the server and you will not be
able to start it. From that moment you have 3 days to renew your server or it will be deleted.
Dashboard
The dashboard is just a billing panel that we like to call: Dashboard. You can renew, upgrade and find the due date of your server here. Before you order a server, you had to register yourself. You can use those credentials to
login into
your dashboard.
If you have VPS you will control it via the dashboard and not via the control panel.
Control panel
The control panel is where most of the magic happens. You can manage your game server from here and have access to useful functions such as stop, start, restart buttons, server console, file management, config editor, mod manager ect.
ect.
When you order your first server you will receive the credentials of your control panel via email. You can also login via the
green
button in the dashboard. This will be different than the dashboard login.
Support
Making a game server is not for potatoes. It's not easy. You need to know what you're doing or want to teach yourself how it works.
Our support will always be there if you have any question about our control panel or uptime issues with your server. Your server does not start? Ask us!
But remember we are not developers! So most of the time we can't help you with script, plugin or mod issues.
