Setting a Country Tag in Your FiveM Server
FiveM1 min lezenBijgewerkt 28 aug 2026
FiveM shows a country flag and language for your server in the server list. Both come from the locale setting, and the panel gives you a searchable list so you never have to look up language codes.
Pick Your Locale
- In the game panel, open your server and click server.cfg Editor under GAME SERVER.
- In the Identity section, open the Locale dropdown. Type to search, for example "Dutch" or "en-GB", and click the entry with the flag you want.
- Default (no locale) means no flag is shown.
Optional: Add Tags
- The Tags field in the same section helps players find your server: type a tag and press Enter or comma to add it (for example
roleplay,drift,nl).
Save and Restart
- Press Save changes and restart your server from the Console page.
- Refresh the server list in your FiveM client to see the flag.
Finished
Your server now shows the right flag and language in the server list. The locale codes are standard tags such as
en-USorde-DE; the dropdown handles them for you, and a custom code typed into the search also works.
